Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We hired the 10 x 12ft Jungle Themed Bouncy Castle. Delivery and collection were bang on the agreed times. Setting up and taking it down were really quick and the kids absolutely loved it! Great value for money and exactly what we wanted. Thank you!!

We hired a 10 x 14 ft castle for a 5th birthday party. The castle turned up within 10 minutes of the agreed time and was put up quickly. The staff were nice and helpful too. The website works well when booking and a confirmation email was sent immediately. It was also useful that the website has info to ensure you have the required sizes for the venue. Recommend and would use again.

I would highly recommend Play Safe.The disco dome is of high quality as is the customer service. From start to finish the staff could not have been more helpful and professional. I had booked a disco dome from a private individual who let me down an hour before my children's party! I called Play Safe who went out of their way to make sure my party still went ahead as planned. Really impressed with the staff and company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much for your efforts, and the children loved the dome!

Hired the frozen castle for my daughters 4th birthday party & it was superb!! The two gents that delivered & put it up were very quick & polite!! Couldn't ask for anyone better... A Very friendly & fab service! Will definitely recommend :)

Large choice of inflatables to choose from. Absolutely amazing customer service. If not earlier, will definitely be getting one next year. Also the prices !!!!!!!! Can't ask for more .

We ordered the Frozen kids bouncy castle for our daughters 3rd birthday. Our delivery man was Alix and he was fabulous. The castle unfortunately arrived without an Frozen velcro's but he promised he would be back and he did not break that promise. An issue that could have disappointed 12 children barely went unnoticed and he arrived super quickly applied them and could not have been more apologetic and helpful. Errors happen - We are all human after all! Despite the slight incident, I have still recommended these guys 5* as Alix's great customer service made the whole experience. I will definitely be ordering from these guys again and recommend them highly to anybody looking for a safe, reliable and competitively priced bouncy castle.
