Frequently Asked Questions
On this page you will hopefully find an answer to any questions you might have about our Bouncy Castles and our Service. If, after reading this page, you are unable to find what you are looking for, please contact us.
Do you deliver, set up and dismantle the bouncy castle?
Yes, we setup all of our bouncy castles, this is all included in the price, delivery is free within a 6 mile radius of our office in Kingswood, Bristol, we do offer delivery further afield for an additional cost.
When can I hire a Bouncy Castle?
Our castles are available for hire 7 days a week 8am-8pm or until 10pm for an additional cost.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
We will ring you and discuss the booking if to cancel or try and deliver another time.
Some of our castles come complete with a shower cover (which also acts as a sun shade). In light rain the castle can be towel dried and you can continue to bounce. If the forecast is for heavy rain then you are advised to cancel the castle, with absolutely no penalty, as late as an hour before your delivery slot on the day of the hire.
But we do hold the right to cancel due to bad weather conditions (i.e. very high winds above 23mph)
How big does my garden have to be and what surface is best?
Our castles require a flat area, clear of all obstacles. The size depends on the size of castle you are ordering and we require additional space of approx 4 ft around the castle. For example a 12ft x 15ft castle will need an area of approx 20ft x 23ft, all sizes and space needed are specified within the details of each bouncy castle.
Do I need to keep the blower going?
Yes please. However, if there is a change in the weather and it becomes very windy/rainy then simply switch off the castle and wait for it to deflate.
Do you provide me with safety/operating instructions?
Each castle comes with a safety chat by our staff member. They will also ask you to sign a safety guide to say that you have read, and are happy with, the operating of your castle. You are of course expected to comply to these safety guidelines throughout the day whilst in charge of the bouncy castle.
Can Adults use the Bouncy Castle?
Most of our castles are for the use of children only. We do have a few castles that are suitable for adult use please specify this when booking.
What time can I have my castle delivered?

Do you supply safety mats?
Yes! All our castles are delivered with safety mats. You are kindly asked to ensure these are kept at the front of the castle at all times. Please note these are not designed to be landed on too heavily so any child seen bouncing on the front step should be asked to move back into the main bouncing area.
Can we hire a bouncy castle if we dont have grass in our garden?
Due to health a safety reasons bouncy castles must be secured filmly to the ground with anchor stakes or anchor bolts if hiring outside, stakes are used for grass hires and bolts are used for concrete, we would need to drill holes into your concrete and fix bolts to anchor to for you to have a bouncy castle on concrete, there is an additional cost of £25 for us to do this, if you are not the owner of the property we would need written confirmation to do this from the owner. We can also setup inside halls, clubs etc as long as there is sufficient space.
Unfortunately we cannot put bouncy castles up on artificial grass, gravel and patios.
